LA & Submarine Decals

    Beyond the ship's seal decal, the only other one's I have seen were created by shipyards and dry docks. The workers sometimes wore them on their hard hats. The one below was created by the Pearl Harbor Naval Ship Yard during one of the boats visits to the dry dock. Circa 1981-82.
