Carp Chronicles: Pearl Of The Pacific

PELICARP?

Picture

SCIENTISTS DISPUTE LINK BETWEEN CARP & PELICAN

For years the controversy has raged through the scientific community as to an ecological link between the well known carp and the overshadowed pelican. Both species similarities such as an aquatic habitat, vacuous expression, unique eating habits and utter lack of grace, have only added fuel to the "Link Supporters" argument.Vast differences to remain. The beloved carp is rarely seen to move, even while feeding. Whereas his counterpart, the pelican is frequently seen on the go. These arguments seem to become academic when compared to recent discoveries in France and off the Chilean Continental Shelf.Prehistoric French cave drawings seem to reveal this missing link as living in Pre-Ice Age Europe before its untimely demise. The Chileans claim to have discovered a partial pelicarp skeleton, although no photos have been released to the press. Though this find was never recognized by the scientific community, I cannot help but wonder readers, how long can this type of evidence be ignored and explained away before the carp and his proud descendants can take their rightful places as members of a proud planet such as ours?

PELICARP?From the irradiated depths of the mind of Nuke Machinist, Steve Loomis, came such gems as PELICARP, a cross between Carp & Pelican
