The prior stop over in the home of Hollywood and Universal Studios, during the change of home port cruise, influenced the debut of "The Twang Show", a thinly disguised clone of the infamous "Gong Show". This was the flyer that influenced some pretty whacky contestants. I don't recall who (or what) won. If you know, drop me a line!
The crew ussually celebrated the mid points and end points of our cruises. "The Twang Show" was a way to blow off steam as we cruised into Pearl Harbor, Hawaii for the first time. | |
