A viscious storm blew in from sea and drove the LA from her anchorage. Waves outside the break water were very high. You can see LA beyond the sail boats on
the horizon. The Captain and some officers attempted to reach the boat by small craft but were defeated by rough seas. Eventually some did get through to augment the very small anchor watch as they fired up the reactor and moved from harms way. |
