    The ballast control panel (BCP) is located in the forward, port side of the control room of the USS LOS ANGELES, SSN-688. This is the station, manned by the chief of the watch, where trim and angle are controled. Control is accomplished by moving fluids (water, sewage, oil, etc) between tanks within the submarine.
